Rachel Hoole
I have worked in childcare for over 19 years. I have my NVQ 3 in childcare and education in the early years and I have just recently completed a full childminding course. I have gained a vast amount of experience over the years and been on many courses to which I implement into my everyday care of the children. I provide fun, engaging, enriching learning activities outdoors and indoors to support each childs individual needs.
I have great experience working with children with special needs making them feel inclusive within the environment supporting their needs and development.
