Frazzled Cafe - Merseyside Drop-in Sessions
Created by comedian Ruby Wax OBE, Frazzled Cafe's free online and face-to-face meetings provide a place for people who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of everyday life to talk and share their stories. People of every age and circumstance now attend Frazzled Cafe meetings every single day (https://www.frazzledcafe.org/).
Starting on the 7th November, our experienced Facilitator Paul will be hosting a new face-to-face meeting every Tuesday evening at the Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre for people within the Merseyside area, after the successful launch of a similar meeting on Tuesday mornings. This free resource is for any adult in the community, offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals who may be struggling with their mental well-being.
Frazzled Cafe meetings are not about therapy or offering solutions. They provide a safe and confidential space where people can speak openly without worrying about judgement amongst a group of peers who understand how it feels to be frazzled. What is said in the meetings stays in the meetings.
