Wayfarers Barbershop Chorus Southport

We are an all-male A Cappella chorus, formed in 1989, who sing a variety of close harmony A Cappella songs.

Some choruses concentrate on entering competitions and rarely sing in public.  Wayfarers Chorus on the other hand are a social chorus.  We love nothing better than to entertain audiences with our mixed repertoire, which we refresh on a regular basis.

Wayfarers Chorus regularly perform in Southport and throughout Sefton, Merseyside, Lancashire and other areas of the Northwest, at charity activities, social gatherings, and other related music events.  We have even sung at wedding receptions.

Another Chance to Learn To Sing A Cappella’ with Wayfarers Chorus

If you have ever thought you might like to learn how to sing in harmony, now is your chance. Starting on 18th October 2022, we are holding a free course in which we aim to teach people how to sing ‘A cappella’. The course will run on Tuesday evenings for four weeks, during which time you will be shown the principles of harmony singing and learn to sing two songs.
